These Terms apply to use of HIVO's public corporate website and the information, materials, articles, graphics and other content made available through it.
These Terms do not govern HIVO's paid enterprise services or customer implementations. Enterprise engagements are governed by the applicable proposal, order form, statement of work, master services agreement or other written agreement between HIVO and the relevant customer. If there is any conflict between these Website Terms and a signed customer agreement regarding HIVO's services, the signed customer agreement governs that service relationship.
